Explanation of positions:

Head of Internal Affairs - Deals with all affairs directly related to the inner workings of the city - ie. morale, city conditions, building regulations, town meetings, etc...
Head of Foreign Affairs - Deals with all affairs directly related to the city's relations with the other two cities, ie. trade disputes, treaties, keeping favor, etc...
Head of Economy - Deals with all monetary dealings, ie. money going in from trade disuptes, taxes, pay raises for government officials, etc...
Head of Security - Deals with all security related matters with the city, ie. protecting the government officials, especially the Ruler, protecting the people and the city, etc... NOTE: In Aurora Valley and Deproelior, this is the 2nd highest position, next to the Ruler.

NOTE: These are NOT Staff positions! This will grant you no more power over the other members than anyone else. This is merely a position for your CHARACTER, not for you. This will also require you to keep up constantly in all discussions going on in your Government Officials Headquarters and to be active and post often.

Reason for applying: To help lead Deproelior's people, and to protect their way of life.
Why Should We Pick Your Character?: Rad is good fighter, and a man willing to stand tall on the front line and lead by example. Although he isn't one for big words and speeches, nor paperwork or bureaucracy, he is the kind of leader that the warrior people of Deproelior will be able to stand behind, and be proud of.

Role Play Experience: Here, there and everywhere, lots of Gia's different RP's, lots on SWG (a moment's silence for my fallen beloved RP platform if you please).
Role Play Sample: Radkal looked forlornly at the pile of paperwork that had been gathering on his desk for the past week. It wasnt really a heavy workload, well not untill one started putting it off and stuff just sort of snowballed. The Smithy was surprised at exacly how quickly the snowball effect had taken hold on the pile, and with a resigned sigh, he lifted a pen, dipping it in ink and beginning to read.

Slowly the pile began to diminish as the pen made scrawl marks in the appropriate places, the writing was almost illegible, but what did people expect? Finally as he reached for the next sheet Rad's fingers struck the wooden surface of the table, and suddenly aware of a small ache in his back from hunching over the table he stretched and stood. Lifting his axe from beside the table and sliding it into the belt holster, he hoisted the paperwork onto his assistant's desk to be sorted when they arrived in the morning.

A glance out the window at the setting sun stirred a need within the Smithy, and he walked out of the office with a spring in his step, "A job well done, i think its time for some ale" he said, mainly to himself as he clicked the door closed behind him.

Reason for applying: He wants it because he feels like it was made for him. He wants to make a difference in the world.
Why Should We Pick Your Character?: He is a skilled warrior, one of legend. However, unlike most of the muscleheads one can find in an army, Titanus has a brain. He is a learned man and reads dozens of books aside from honing his swordsmanship skills. He has an eye for detail and is a stickler for rules. He is a very patient man, but has no tolerance for those who abuse the law.

Role Play Experience: Going on 3 years.
Role Play Sample: "The Blade Ship flew in orbit over Earth. Esplin-9466 or Visser Three could see the blue planet through his window. He could see clouds forming what humans called a "hurricane" over one of the landmasses. Keeping his stalk eyes turned around, he narrowed his main eyes, scrutinizing the storm. He could not help but think to himself how he was storming on the inside.

His seven fingers drummed on the window's edge. He kept a stoic look on his face, but he was seething. He could feel his tail swinging behind him. His Andalite host's tail. The Andalite host that made him so proud to be a Yeerk. The Andalite host body that made him feel invincible.

Only he was successful in capturing an Andalite. Something no other Yeerk had ever done in the history of the Empire. Something that gave him a nice promotion. It put him in charge of the invasion of this somewhat admirable planet, with blue oceans similar in color to his host's fur.

His Andalite host...

Something that usually made him proud. Instead, today, it made him furious. It reminded him of that blasted Andalite Elfangor. Esplin-9466 thought back to the day he captured his host. He often liked to watch it from his host's point of view. It always brought a chuckle to this day. To see the mighty Prince Alloran-Semitur-Corrass bow down to the mighty Esplin-9466.

But not today. Today, Esplin specifically thought back to his own memory of crawling inside that Andalite's ear and using his eyes for the first time. And using those eyes to see the future Prince Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul.

Prince Elfangor. Visser Three felt his tail swing more violently. He let Elfangor run away once and told himself that he would not let that happen again. He was even elated when he saw Elfangor's fighter get hit.

But you didn't get to finish him off. There was no sign of him when you inspected the wreckage. You let Elfangor escape, again.

Alloran felt Esplin's thoughts and made sure Esplin could read his amusement. The Visser shut him up with a quick word, but could still feel his host being content with knowing that he was mad.

There was a knock at the door. The Visser focused his stalk eyes at the Taxxon and Human Controllers that entered. The Taxxon informed Visser Three that the Yeerk Pool at the center of the invasion had requested his presence at the next feeding to show off the growing number of Controllers. Esplin agreed to be there, knowing that he could feed there as well.

The human, on the other hand, revealed to Visser Three that the Controllers he had left behind could find no tracks of Elfangor being at the construction site his ship crashed at.

Visser Three snapped. His tail whipped faster than either of the two Controllers could see and before they realized it, the Taxxon had a life-ending gash in it's flank. The alien bled to death while more of its kind entered the quarters to dispose of the body.

The human stood behind the Visser, who had turned back to the window to watch his hurricane. He trembled at the sight of Visser Three's tail swinging back and forth and he could hear the Visser's thought speech growling in his head.

It would seem that I would have to do things myself. Can't rely on these worthless subjects. Esplin thought to himself. And I must handle this before that blasted Visser One finds out or I won't hear the end of it.

Visser Three dismissed the Controllers and focused on his planet. His invasion. His victory. His tail stopped swinging as Alloran could feel his Yeerk captor smile.

The hurricane slowly calmed over the coast..."
