Why Should We Pick You?: (Duh.) I feel that with my eye for detail, organizational skills and administrative experience, I would be a great addition to the staff.

Why does your character want this job?: He wants to lead his people and be the one to bring them to the glory of battle; ulterior motive: he wants revenge on Aurora Valley.
Why would your character be suited for this job? He posseses the perfect mind and body to lead the people. He is headstrong and fearless. He embodies the strength and passion the warlike people share amongst themselves. He considers himself to be the answer to the city's needs.

Role Play Sample: (A sample showcasing yoru ability to RP, must be at least 400 characters, preferrably more.) The Blade Ship flew in orbit over Earth. Esplin-9466 or Visser Three could see the blue planet through his window. He could see clouds forming what humans called a "hurricane" over one of the landmasses. Keeping his stalk eyes turned around, he narrowed his main eyes, scrutinizing the storm. He could not help but think to himself how he was storming on the inside.

His seven fingers drummed on the window's edge. He kept a stoic look on his face, but he was seething. He could feel his tail swinging behind him. His Andalite host's tail. The Andalite host that made him so proud to be a Yeerk. The Andalite host body that made him feel invincible.

Only he was successful in capturing an Andalite. Something no other Yeerk had ever done in the history of the Empire. Something that gave him a nice promotion. It put him in charge of the invasion of this somewhat admirable planet, with blue oceans similar in color to his host's fur.

His Andalite host...

Something that usually made him proud. Instead, today, it made him furious. It reminded him of that blasted Andalite Elfangor. Esplin-9466 thought back to the day he captured his host. He often liked to watch it from his host's point of view. It always brought a chuckle to this day. To see the mighty Prince Alloran-Semitur-Corrass bow down to the mighty Esplin-9466.

But not today. Today, Esplin specifically thought back to his own memory of crawling inside that Andalite's ear and using his eyes for the first time. And using those eyes to see the future Prince Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul.

Prince Elfangor. Visser Three felt his tail swing more violently. He let Elfangor run away once and told himself that he would not let that happen again. He was even elated when he saw Elfangor's fighter get hit.

But you didn't get to finish him off. There was no sign of him when you inspected the wreckage. You let Elfangor escape, again.

Alloran felt Esplin's thoughts and made sure Esplin could read his amusement. The Visser shut him up with a quick word, but could still feel his host being content with knowing that he was mad.

There was a knock at the door. The Visser focused his stalk eyes at the Taxxon and Human Controllers that entered. The Taxxon informed Visser Three that the Yeerk Pool at the center of the invasion had requested his presence at the next feeding to show off the growing number of Controllers. Esplin agreed to be there, knowing that he could feed there as well.

The human, on the other hand, revealed to Visser Three that the Controllers he had left behind could find no tracks of Elfangor being at the construction site his ship crashed at.

Visser Three snapped. His tail whipped faster than either of the two Controllers could see and before they realized it, the Taxxon had a life-ending gash in it's flank. The alien bled to death while more of its kind entered the quarters to dispose of the body.

The human stood behind the Visser, who had turned back to the window to watch his hurricane. He trembled at the sight of Visser Three's tail swinging back and forth and he could hear the Visser's thought speech growling in his head.

It would seem that I would have to do things myself. Can't rely on these worthless subjects. Esplin thought to himself. And I must handle this before that blasted Visser One finds out or I won't hear the end of it.

Visser Three dismissed the Controllers and focused on his planet. His invasion. His victory. His tail stopped swinging as Alloran could feel his Yeerk captor smile.

The hurricane slowly calmed over the coast...

Reason for becoming Staff: I had the character already from last time, and I like having some responsibility on a site I'm on.
Why Should We Pick You?: I have a ton of admin experience (I actually don't think, of the dozens of sites I've been on, there's been more than two or three where I wasn't in some administrative role) and I will probably be the most active member the board has. I like organizing and keeping things running, and I also have admin experience on this site from the last time it was up
Moderator/Administrator Experience: Probably 10 years, off and on? None of the sites I've been on are currently active, but here's a superpower one that I created: Who We Are

Character's Current Job/Position: Internal Affairs Head of Laknos

Why does your character want this job?: It was his father's wish to see his son rule. Also, it is the place from which he can make the biggest difference in the world.
Why would your character be suited for this job? He is calm and measured, as befits the ruler of Laknos, and desires to seek peace, or at least some solution. He is also a politician at heart; an excellent public speaker with a head for negotiation.

Unbeknownst to Ieza, Malik had personally overseen both of her tasks. He had been on the ship until its explosion, and he had been the woman that had danced with the shifters. He had watched, unnoticed, seeing every move that Ieza made. He had evaluated how she thought, how she reacted to adversity, and how subtle she was in victory. All of these would be in his report, and then it would be up to Eustace and Ryan to decide how to test her next.

Male or female, young or old, it was immaterial to Malik. He allowed himself to be referred to as a male only out of convenience. The truth was, even he did not know what his true form was anymore. The human form he often reverted to was as close as he got, but the fact that it never looked exactly the same twice suggested that even if only subconsciously, he knew this was not his real self. But that was a question that had plagued Malik for decades, and he had work to do.

"You have done well." Malik smiled casually. He was once again dressed in a fine suit, his hands supporting him against the wall he leant on. Having seen the way Ieza had looked at Eustace and Ryan, Malik had left the top button of the suit undone, forsaking a tie, giving him a professional, but very rakish look. Eustace had personally approved, and the vampire rarely approved of anything. "I will let Eustace and Ryan give you their analysis of your performance personally. This time, they've come to you."

Tradition had originally kept the Overlords keep underground at all times, but of late more and more of them came out. Secretly, of course, and never for long, but even the most sedentary of them, Arthur, felt a longing for the outside world now and again. Eustace and Ryan, on the other hand, were out constantly, patrolling and hunting, though always careful to avoid public eye. A task far easier for Eustace than Ryan. At Malik's words, the air around him shimmered, and the two Overlords appeared, flanking their minion.

"We meet again, how lovely." Eustace's tone was dangerously silky. "You were effective, if a touch flashy for my tastes." Pacing the room, looking out into the club, Eustace smiled. "Of course I could say the same about this bar of yours. What say you, Ryan? Could we stand to improve the decor?"

A smile crossed Ryan's lips, and for a brief moment, his right hand became that of a werewolf before reverting to human again. "Give me ten minutes and I could give it a more comfortable feel, alright." Malik kept his eyes on Ieza and his expression neutral; if they wanted to push her, that was their decision. Her devotion to her work had been obvious from the start, and Eustace chuckled.

"Only jesting, my dear. We're here to test you again, not to redesign your lovely club. You don't need to say anything for me to know you are as yet undecided, but you have the right to speak first, so do so now if you have anything to say."

Inwardly, Malik was fuming. By jumping straight to this, Eustace had robbed him of the chance to advise Ieza on how to deal with either Overlord. She was going to have to figure it out on her own now.
