Whenever there is a Town Meeting, the citiziens of the city gather in a very large building. There is only one way in and one way out. At the top of the hall, there is a raised dias where the Lady Gia Trakana or one her officials would speak to the town. It does not fit the entire city, and therefore, children are not allowed inside. Only Adults are allowed in during town meetings, and once the hall is full, it is full, and a copy of the speech will be posted outside afterwards, along with any other points made.
