The Hills of Desperation are not as gloomy as they sound, in the spring and summer they are graced with small lovely flowers that could withstand the harsh wind that some times brushes over the hills. Some people come here to enjoy the sight of the beautiful sunset that bathes Laknos in a red glow, or just to take pleasure in having a picnic atop one of the hills. Walking atop them and looking down almost makes you feel like the ruler over looking your land. It’s a nice place to walk though if you need to get some thing off of your mind while you are bathed in the warmth of the sun. Or just come here to spread a blanket over the grass and lay down watching clouds and birds pass over you.
