There is a dirt road that runs from Laknos to Aurora Valley. One does not have to travel by this way, but for some, it makes it easier. The road runs from the Hills of Desperation near Laknos to the northern end of Aurora Valley. The road runs not far from the Fortune River, although you would have to go off road for a few minutes to find it, but is there if you need it or want it.
This is two to three day trip depending on the speed of travel and how long you rest.
